Outside Sales Representative - Industrial Products Company - Base Salary to 70k/year - Minneapolis, MN

• Our client is a family owned business that operates in the industrial products space working with fasteners and piping products. They are looking to bring on a solid Outside Sales Representative that has worked in the industrial space. This is a hunter based role that is actively building relationships with mechanical contractors across the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area.
  

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  
• Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of our product line and industry trends.
  
• Effectively plan and manage your sales territory.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 60k - 70k/year range
  
• 60k - 100k in commission potential easily for the right mindset.
