Responsibilities: • Leverage pre-qualified leads provided by the company to close sales efficiently. • Supplement your pipeline with self-generated business through referrals and community engagement. • Conduct roof and property inspections to assess damage and create compelling repair/replacement proposals. • Manage customer relationships from initial contact to project completion, delivering a premium customer experience. • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to assist homeowners during the claims process. • Present material and color options that align with homeowner preferences and project requirements. • Collect customer payments and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM. • Represent Kingfisher Roofing at trade shows, community events, and sales meetings. • Keep leadership informed of account status, challenges, and competitive insights via our CRM. Qualifications: • Proven track record in field sales or business development (experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus). • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets. • You bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. • Strong moral character with a history of ethical, responsible behavior—integrity is non-negotiable. • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn our CRM system. • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. • Must be organized and ready to be self-directed in your work. Preferred (but Not Required) • Experience in roofing or construction. • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques. • Familiarity with insurance claims and project planning. • Sales experience, including in-home sales. Compensation: $120,000 - $250,000+
