Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Austin-Round Rock area, expanding our customer base and market reach. • Collaborate with our production team to deliver seamless service and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our high standards of quality and integrity. • Utilize provided leads to efficiently manage your sales pipeline, focusing on closing deals and achieving sales targets. • Represent Kingfisher Roofing at industry events and networking opportunities, enhancing our brand presence and reputation. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and provide informed recommendations to clients. Qualifications: • Proven track record in field sales or business development (experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus). • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets. • You bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. • Strong moral character with a history of ethical, responsible behavior—integrity is non-negotiable. • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn our CRM system. • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. • Must be organized and ready to be self-directed in your work. Preferred (but Not Required) • Experience in roofing or construction. • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques. • Familiarity with insurance claims and project planning. • Sales experience, including in-home sales. Compensation: $120,000 - $250,000+
