This is not your average sales role—we’re looking for a strategic closer who values integrity, understands relationship-building, and can confidently guide customers through the roofing process from inspection to project closeout. We offer a competitive upside commission and full support infrastructure. Responsibilities: Leverage pre-qualified leads provided by the company to close sales efficiently. • Supplement your pipeline with self-generated business through referrals and community engagement. • Conduct roof and property inspections to assess damage and create compelling repair/replacement proposals. • Manage customer relationships from initial contact to project completion, delivering a premium customer experience. • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to assist homeowners during the claims process. • Present material and color options that align with homeowner preferences and project requirements. • Collect customer payments and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM. • Represent Kingfisher Roofing at trade shows, community events, and sales meetings. • Keep leadership informed of account status, challenges, and competitive insights via our CRM. Preferred (but Not Required) • Experience in roofing or construction • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques • Familiarity with insurance claims and project planning • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales-related role Compensation: $120,000 $250,000+
