Overview
Lawn Doctor is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We serve both residential and commercial customers throughout the Lowcountry and are looking for someone who is confident in the field, strong in communication, and driven to generate new business.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and closing sales. You will be responsible for developing new business through both cold outreach and company provided leads while representing a respected local brand known for service and results.

Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and company-provided leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial prospects.
Identify customer needs and recommend the best services to meet those needs.
Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Track sales activity and follow up consistently with potential customers.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support a strong customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Base salary plus monthly commission.
