    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities with a strong emphasis on service agreements. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, developing trusted relationships, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled at building long-term customer partnerships.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Proactively prospect, cold call, and engage industry decision-makers to promote service agreements.
    • Maintain and manage all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for client concerns and needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a Trusted Advisor.
    • Create detailed proposals and estimates; follow up regularly to advance opportunities through all phases in the CRM.
    • Conduct scope reviews and participate in lead turnover meetings with Operations.
    • Coordinate quarterly review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and service agreement renewals.
    • Oversee fixed-price and service agreement hours, equipment orders, and material procurement.
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, including contract updates and renewal timelines.
    • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure project deliverables and schedules are on track.
    • Maintain daily organization to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
    • Develop thorough understanding of company offerings to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION

    • 3+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the HVAC or construction services industry.
    • Strong understanding of service agreements, preventative maintenance, and solution-based selling.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms and general sales process workflows.
    • Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and HVAC industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Valid driver's license with good driving record.

    WHAT OUR ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDING

    • Expected salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 base / $106,000 - $126,000 OTE based on experience
