Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and increasing company revenue through in-person sales efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to close sales.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records
Attend networking events and industry meetings
Qualifications:
Previous outside sales experience preferred
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
