McClellands Contracting and Roofing, LLC is growing and seeking motivated, high-performing sales professionals to join our Exterior Sales Team. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and exterior repairs.

This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, disciplined, and driven to earn at a high level. Previous construction sales experience is not required—we provide training and a proven sales system.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners to assess exterior needs

Present solutions and close residential sales

Follow a proven sales process and company standards

Build relationships and represent the company with integrity

Manage leads and projects from inspection to contract
