    Job Description We are seeking a motivated and professional Outside Sales Representative to represent our luxury MedSpa and our licensed Mental Health Clinic. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys being in the field, building partnerships, and generating new business through face-to-face interactions.

    You will act as a brand ambassador, introducing our services to local businesses, hotels, gyms, wellness partners, and community organizations.

    This is a commission-based independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential.

    Responsibilities • Prospect and develop new referral relationships in the local market • Visit businesses in person (hotels, fitness centers, offices, wellness partners, etc.) • Present and promote Med Spa services (injectables, aesthetics, wellness treatments) • Present and promote Mental Health services (therapy, ketamine treatment, mental health programs) • Build long-term partnerships and referral agreements • Distribute marketing materials and promotional offers • Follow up with leads and referral partners • Track outreach and results • Represent the brand professionally at all times

    Services You Will Represent • Medical aesthetics and Med Spa services • Mental health treatments including therapy and ketamine treatment • Wellness and integrative health services

    Qualifications • Proven sales experience preferred (outside sales, B2B, healthcare, wellness, or hospitality is a plus) • Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to work independently • Reliable transportation required • Must be comfortable discussing healthcare and wellness services professionally and ethically

    Compensation • Commission-only, paid per closed referral or agreement • High earning potential based on performance • No cap on commissions • Flexible schedule • Opportunity for long-term growth as partnerships expand
