    Job Summary: An Outside Sales Representative is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and maintaining client relationships to drive sales of a company's products or services. This role involves meeting clients in person, conducting on-site visits, and traveling extensively to achieve sales goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients or customers in the designated territory. Generate leads through various means, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

    Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product or service offerings, industry trends, and competitors' products to effectively communicate their advantages to clients.

    Market Research: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

    Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address any customer questions or objections.

    Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements. Close sales deals and obtain customer commitments.

    Account Management: Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients. Encourage new prospects to sign accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

    Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Achieving Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and quotas as defined by the company. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.

    Travel: Travel to meet clients within the designated sales territory, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

    Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). · Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. · Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. · Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. · A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. · Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets. · Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · C-store, vape and tobacco knowledge is preferred. · Background in B2B sales is preferred.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Supplement pay: Commission Other pay: Gas

    Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Saturday 9am - 1pm
