    What You’ll Do

    • Generate and manage leads from local realtors, property owners, and investors
    • Present tailored real estate solutions that deliver win-win outcomes
    • Conduct in-person sales meetings and property evaluations
    • Maintain a high-volume pipeline and follow-ups using our advanced CRM tools
    • Report directly to sales leadership and receive hands-on coaching & mentoring
    • Stay up to date on local submarkets, zoning, development trends, and economic drivers
    • Negotiate contracts, navigate due diligence, and guide deals from offer to close

    Who You Are

    • 2+ years of successful outside sales , real estate , home services , solar , or B2C field sales experience
    • Confident communicator and natural closer who builds trust quickly
    • Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented — you own your results
    • Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-focused approach
    • Tech-savvy, organized, and familiar with CRMs and digital marketing
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
    • Real estate license a plus — or willing to get one

    Preferred Experience (Not Required)

    • Familiarity with commercial or residential real estate
    • Financial modeling knowledge: cap rates, IRR, DCF, cash-on-cash returns
    • Proficiency in Excel , Google Workspace , and CRM platforms
    • Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, LOIs, or purchase agreements
    • Ability to manage legal, financial, and vendor communications
