Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Nashville area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and emerging restaurant groups, promoting Total RESA's solutions, and driving revenue growth in the local market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Nashville area.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of Total RESA's products and services, including equipment packages, smallwares, and installation services.
- Conduct on-site visits and presentations to demonstrate Total RESA's capabilities and solutions.
- Sell products from manufacturers based on requests from the Operations team, ensuring that customer needs are accurately fulfilled.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team, providing clear instructions and details of customer requirements to ensure seamless delivery and installation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the company CRM (NetSuite).
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory efficiently.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of the Nashville restaurant market is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in restaurant equipment, foodservice, or related industries
