    We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative located in central New Jersey to partner with used car dealerships throughout the state and help them increase profitability by integrating our Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) and GAP protection products into their F&I operations.

    This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role with strong income potential and autonomy.

    What You’ll Do

    Build & Grow Your Territory

    Prospect and develop relationships with used car dealerships

    Conduct outreach, in-person visits, and presentations to win new business

    Take ownership of your territory and pipeline

    Drive Revenue for Your Dealers

    Analyze dealership performance to identify missed opportunities

    Implement strategies to increase product penetration and profitability

    Grow your book of business through acquisition and expansion

    Train & Support Dealership Teams

    Provide hands-on training to F&I Managers and sales teams

    Coach on product presentation, objection handling, and closing techniques

    Support adoption of our systems and processes

    Manage Relationships

    Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer partners

    Assist with claims, cancellations, and ongoing communication

    Build long-term, trusted partnerships

    What We’re Looking For

    Outside sales experience preferred (automotive or F&I experience a strong plus)

    Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven

    Strong relationship-building and communication skills

    Comfortable learning dealership systems (DMS/e-menu platforms)

    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within your territory

    High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Compensation & Benefits

    Uncapped Earnings Potential

    Base salary + residual commission on every contract sold- NO CAP
