We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and lead the charge in generating new business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed through technology.
Salary: Competitive base + commission (discussed during interview)
** Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
- Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in IT, technology, or service-based industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow and execute a structured sales process
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and goal-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
