Offer Now Idaho is looking for a results-driven Outside Sales Consultant to meet directly with homeowners, evaluate residential properties, and structure purchase agreements on off-market homes. This is a field-based position. You will spend your time in appointments — not behind a desk. Our marketing team provides consistent seller appointments and leads. Your focus is guiding conversations, presenting solutions, and converting opportunities into signed contracts. What Success Looks Like in This Role • Conduct face-to-face consultations with property owners • Assess property condition and ownership goals • Present tailored purchase solutions • Structure and finalize residential purchase agreements • Maintain organized follow-up with active opportunities • Track performance and pipeline activity in CRM • Consistently achieve monthly revenue benchmarks This role rewards preparation, confidence, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Identify and pursue sales leads and prospective new clients, and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to the close stages • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead-generating activities goals to ensure future business Qualifications: • Candidates must be located within a daily commuting distance of Boise, ID. No relocation package is offered at this time • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • Ability to meet and exceed the monthly quota in sales • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred Compensation: $200,000 OTE
