Ozark Mountain Van Company (OZK Vans) specializes in custom van builds, installations, and accessories to help people create the adventure vehicles of their dreams. We are expanding our sales presence in Northwest Arkansas and are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and representing a brand face-to-face.
Role Description
We are hiring a Part-Time Outside Sales Representative to help grow local brand awareness and generate new leads. This role includes visiting businesses, knocking doors, hanging flyers, and helping increase visibility for OZK Vans within the community.

Key Responsibilities
Visit local businesses to promote OZK Vans and leave marketing materials
Door-knock in targeted neighborhoods or business districts to generate leads
Distribute flyers, posters, and promotional materials in approved areas
Build relationships with potential referral partners
Track leads and conversations in our CRM
Represent OZK Vans’ brand values with professionalism and friendliness
Provide feedback on market trends and community response
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable talking to new people and initiating conversations
Highly reliable, self-motivated, and organized
Ability to work independently and follow a weekly route/plan
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous experience in outside sales, canvassing, or promotions
Familiarity with the Fayetteville/NWA area
Interest in vans, automotive, adventure travel, or trades
Schedule + Compensation
Part-Time (10–20 hours per week)
Primarily weekdays, flexible scheduling
$20 per hour
