This position will require two weeks of initial in-office on-the-job training in our Jersey City location, and will then transition to a fully remote role.
GRAND OPENING in our New Jersey location, we are seeking 7 individuals for community outreach workers to assist clients with government programming, D2D, and business-to-business billing services. We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team! Experience is a plus but not needed. We provide full training, and certifications at no cost for all qualified candidates. If hired, you will resolve customer questions and offer services to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one
- Manage and track sales and progress in customer relationship management software
- Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside or inside sales role
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment
- Experience with common customer management relationship software and platforms
- Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel
