This is more than sales, it’s sales with purpose. As an Outside Sales Representative/Emergency Recovery Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery. This is face-to-face, field-based, emotionally charged outside sales role that actually matters. Serving people in their time of need while building a high-reward career.

    Outside Sales Representative / Emergency Recovery Coordinator $50,000 - $70,000 per year + commission on every closed lead.

    What You’ll Do

    Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.

    Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities.

    Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.

    Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations.

    Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.

    Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events.

    On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled

    Earn uncapped bonuses on top of your base salary for every signed job.

    Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings/facilities

    Cold call proseective businesses by email, phone calls and in-person introductions

    B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services at their facilities

    Schedule in-person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts

    Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships

    Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled

    Plan, develop and establish sales policies, principles and procedures

    Maintain a commercial client contract log and pipeline

    Maintain company's CRM

    Conduct market research and assist with lead generation

    Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Contacts/Prospective Client lists and knowledge of the local market

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Ability to be assertive

    Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Luxor, SharePoint, and One Drive

    Ability to coordinate marketing events from start to finish

    Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone, email, or face to face

    Ability to maintain an acceptable background and MVR check during employment

    Maintain a level of confidentiality

    Education and Experience:

    High School Diploma or GED required

    Prefer experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, or insurance

    3+ years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role

    Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required

    Can successfully pass a background check
