As an Outside Sales Representative/Emergency Recovery Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery. This is face-to-face, field-based, emotionally charged outside sales role that actually matters. Serving people in their time of need while building a high-reward career.

What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.
Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities.
Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.
Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations.
Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.
Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events.
On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
Earn uncapped bonuses on top of your base salary for every signed job.
Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings/facilities
Cold call proseective businesses by email, phone calls and in-person introductions
B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services at their facilities
Schedule in-person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts
Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships
Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled
Plan, develop and establish sales policies, principles and procedures
Maintain a commercial client contract log and pipeline
Maintain company's CRM
Conduct market research and assist with lead generation

Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Contacts/Prospective Client lists and knowledge of the local market

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Prefer experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, or insurance
3+ years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
Can successfully pass a background check
