You’ll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery. This is face-to-face, field-based, emotionally charged outside sales role that actually matters. Serving people in their time of need while building a high-reward career.

    Outside Sales Representative $60.000 - $80,000 per year + commission on every closed lead.

    What You’ll Do

    Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.

    Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities.

    Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.

    Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations.

    Volunteer non-operational time to related community events.

    Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events.

    Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.

    Partner with internal teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.

    On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled

    Achieve and remain current in required certifications

    Earn uncapped bonuses on top of your base salary for every signed job.

    Education and Experience:

    High School Diploma or GED required

    Prefer experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, or insurance

    3+ years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role

    Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required

    Can successfully pass a background check
