Pioneer Fibers, Inc. located in Elk Grove Village, IL has an opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves activity engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling and prospecting.
• Spend a significant amount of time in the field meeting with potential clients, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Work closely with the sales team, marketing department and other internal stakeholders to develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Frequent travel to prospect and client locations.
• Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside sales.
• Excellence communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• This is an onsite position, when not traveling (this role does not offer remote work options).
• Must be able to travel to prospect and client locations. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
• This role involves working in an environment with shredded paper wand other materials related to the paper recycling industry.
