    What You’ll Do

    • Meet with motivated homeowners
    • Identify seller needs and present win-win solutions
    • Negotiate and close purchase agreements
    • Manage a full pipeline using our CRM and proven systems
    • Work closely with leadership, renovation, and disposition teams

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of sales experience (real estate NOT required)
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • A “hunter” mentality, proactive, persistent, competitive
    • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
