LOCATION: DFW Area (open to Abilene, Celina, McKinney, or Dallas)
CONTEXT: Our client is seeking a hunter-minded Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow accounts across construction, industrial, events, and related markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
- Manage full sales cycle: lead → quote → close → follow-up.
- Conduct job walks/site visits and build tailored solutions.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and relationship management.
- Track pipeline and activity in CRM.
- Monitor market activity and identify new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience.
- Proven track record of new business development and closing.
- Experience in construction, rentals, logistics, or field services preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Hunter mentality with strong prospecting discipline.
- Self-starter who can build and own a territory.
- Competitive, results-driven, and relationship-focused.
