Outside Sales Representative – Restoration Services Tustin, California

ServiceMaster of Tustin is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, contractors, commercial clients, and homeowners throughout Orange County.

This is a field-based sales role for someone who is motivated, organized, and comfortable building business through networking, follow-up, and consistent relationship management. You will represent a company that provides water damage mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and emergency response services.

The right candidate is competitive, self-directed, and understands that sales is about trust, responsiveness, and execution — not just talking.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, contractors, property managers, and commercial accounts • Generate new business opportunities through in-person visits, networking, follow-up calls, and community outreach • Respond quickly to incoming leads and customer requests • Educate clients on restoration services and project processes • Track activity, opportunities, and accounts using company sales tools and CRM systems • Represent the company professionally in the field and at industry events • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure strong customer experience and communication

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate • Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business • Professional appearance and reliable transportation • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to use mobile technology, tablets, and CRM software

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus uncapped commission • First-year earning potential: approximately $60,000 – $140,000+ depending on performance • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance after training • Company-issued phone and tablet • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time • Ongoing training and advancement opportunities
