Storm Guard Roofing & Construction is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners with roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior restoration projects throughout the Madison area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and working in a performance-driven environment with unlimited earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

$500 weekly guaranteed pay to help support you as commissions grow

Uncapped commission structure

First-year earning potential of $80,000+

Top performers regularly earn $120,000–$150,000+ annually

What You'll Do

Generate leads and schedule inspections with homeowners

Conduct roof and exterior inspections

Meet with homeowners to identify needs and provide solutions

Present proposals for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and restoration services

Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

Follow Storm Guard's proven sales process

Maintain accurate records using company software and CRM systems

Attend team meetings, ride-alongs, and ongoing training

Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs

Available to work evenings and occasional Saturdays as needed
