    Position Overview

    SmartVue Solutions is seeking experienced Full-Cycle Outside Sales Representatives who can prospect, develop relationships, and close commercial deals with professional organizations.

    This role is ideal for seasoned B2B sales professionals who are comfortable engaging corporate decision makers, including business owners, medical practices, office managers, and commercial property managers.

    You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, helping organizations upgrade their spaces with privacy, branding, and security film solutions.

    What You'll Do

    • Prospect local businesses through door-to-door outreach and territory development
    • Identify opportunities with offices, clinics, retail stores, and commercial buildings
    • Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate privacy, glare, or design challenges
    • Present SmartVue privacy film, smart glass film, and decorative glass solutions
    • Build relationships with business owners, facility managers, and corporate leaders
    • Prepare proposals and close commercial installation projects
    • Manage pipeline activity and follow up with prospects
    • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery

    This is a true full-cycle sales role where top performers control their pipeline and income.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    We are looking for experienced sales professionals who thrive in outside sales environments.

    Ideal candidates have experience in:

    • B2B outside sales
    • Commercial services sales
    • Door-to-door territory sales
    • Building materials or construction sales
    • Facility solutions or office services

    You are comfortable speaking with corporate clients and decision-makers.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to prospect and develop new business independently
    • Self-motivated with strong closing ability
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Comfortable working in the field and managing a territory
