Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential clients
• Provide estimates
• Develop new business for the company
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Build/maintain relationships, and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and Relationship Building
• Familiarity with the local area and construction industry
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction/contracting industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Valid Driver's License
