Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Attend scheduled property appointments across the Austin area. • Comp and analyze residential homes to determine fair cash offers. • Negotiate directly with sellers to close profitable deals. • Document property data and update CRM systems with precision. • Collaborate with acquisitions and leadership teams to hit monthly KPIs. Qualifications: You Are: • A natural closer with 1–2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (car, RV, solar, home services, pest control, etc.). • Comfortable building rapport and overcoming objections face-to-face. • Highly organized with strong follow-up and negotiation skills. • Motivated by competition, money, and growth. Compensation: $125,000 - $180,000 yearly
