    Outside Sales Representative – Transformer Sales

    Pay Range: $100,000 Base + Benefits + Uncapped Commission (OTE $150,000–$200,000+)

    Location: Carlsbad, NM (Remote)

    Position Type: Direct Hire

    How you'll spend your time as an Outside Sales Representative:

    • Sell a new line of transformers to customers across the U.S.
    • Target data centers, co-ops, and other heavy industrial accounts.
    • Build relationships with oil & gas and industrial decision makers.
    • Manage a 3–6-month sales cycle from lead to close.
    • Travel as needed to meet clients and close business.
    • Connect with the team in-office roughly once every two months.

    Skills & experience we'd like you to have as an Outside Sales Representative:

    • Proven experience selling transformers.
    • Strong existing book of relationships you can leverage.
    • Self-sufficient, motivated seller who thrives with autonomy.
    • Comfortable managing large, complex deals from $30K to $1M+.
    • Background in construction or industrial sales is a plus.
    • Willingness to complete background and drug screening.
