    Outside Sales Representative – Construction (Concrete Preferred)

    Compensation: Base Pay Package up to $100,000 (Salary, commissions, and stipend included) Total Earning Potential: Up to $200,000+ with performance incentives

    Position Overview

    The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth through sales execution and business development. This role includes closing company-provided opportunities while also generating new business through relationships, referrals, and strategic outreach.

    This position plays an active role in supporting and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring sales strategies and field activity align with current marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will apply disciplined follow-up, execute sales strategies tied to marketing efforts, and provide feedback from the field to improve conversion performance.

    Performance Benchmarks

    $800,000 in annual sales

    22% annual close rate

    20% conversion required by week 9

    500–600 company-provided estimates per year

    Based on a 46-week work calendar

    Approx. 11–13 estimates per week

    Additional self-generated opportunities expected through networking, referrals, and campaigns

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct in-person sales appointments and estimates

    Close company-provided leads and generate new business

    Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals

    Support and execute marketing campaigns through aligned sales strategies

    Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

    Participate in trade shows, networking, and referral programs

    Accurately track activity in CRM

    Manage schedule independently and meet performance benchmarks

    Conduct all business ethically and professionally

    Required Qualifications

    Construction experience required (concrete preferred)

    Minimum 2 years of sales experience

    Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance

    Ability to pass drug screening and background check

    Strong communication and time-management skills

    Willingness to travel overnight occasionally
