Southern Interior Solutions Co. is expanding our B2B division and hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build and manage relationships with custom home builders, remodelers, interior designers, and property managers across Tennessee. This is a hunter role for someone who enjoys being out of the office, building a pipeline, and closing recurring business. You'll represent a full line of plantation shutters, roller shades, and custom shelving — plus our white-label Authorized Dealer Program. Responsibilities: What you'll do: • Prospect and open new builder, remodeler, and designer accounts • Manage and grow existing trade relationships • Present product lines, pricing tiers, and dealer program opportunities • Attend jobsite visits, trade events, and industry networking functions Qualifications: What we're looking for: • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in building products, home improvement, or a related trade • Strong prospecting skills and a self-directed work ethic • Professional appearance and confident presentation skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation: $16 - $50 hourly
