Surface Experts is changing the game in surface repair—and we’re looking for a results-driven Outside Sales Rep to help us grow. You don’t need a degree or sales background. You just need grit, people skills, and the desire to win.

You’ll meet face-to-face with property managers at apartment complexes, show them how we save money and materials with spot repairs, and book repair appointments on the spot. You’ll have full ownership of your schedule, with support from a team that invests in your growth.

What You’ll Do:

Meet with 10–15 apartment communities per day

Build rapport quickly with property managers and facilities teams

Walk through units to identify repair opportunities

Educate clients on Surface Experts' spot-repair solution and close the sale

Manage your own calendar and sales route

Handle follow-ups and light admin from your home office

Stay connected through a 10-minute daily check-in and weekly team meetings
