    The Atlas Portfolio is recruiting a top-tier sales closer who wants real upside, not a capped paycheck. This role is for an A-player who thrives on pressure, loves the chase, and wants to dominate the Colorado real estate investment market. You’ll be identifying motivated sellers, structuring win-win deals, and closing consistently, while earning industry-leading, upside commissions for outperforming targets. We’re a highly technical, data-driven team, and we’re looking for someone who matches that intensity: disciplined, competitive, and obsessed with results. If you’re revenue-motivated, comfortable grinding, and want to build high income by beating goals, not just hitting them, this is your lane. This is not a clock-punching job. It’s an opportunity to turn skill and effort into outsized earnings alongside a sharp, fast-moving acquisition team. Responsibilities: • Be the industry leader in Real Estate acquisitions — stay ahead of the curve on market trends and recognize attractive deals and opportunities • Recognize motivation and assemble offers that speak directly to clients' needs — present solutions that are too good to say no to • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities Qualifications: • Excellent people skills • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • Excellent problem solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Calm under pressure • Computer skills • 1–3 years of industry and sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $200,000 on target earnings
