About the role
Top Dollar Car is a growing vehicle acquisition and resale company headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. We purchase used vehicles directly from private sellers and move them through our resale network. We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team — someone who excels at in-person consultations, building trust quickly, and closing transactions in a field-based environment.
This is not a traditional sales role where you're pitching a product — you're presenting sellers with a professional offer for their vehicle and guiding them through a straightforward transaction process. If you have a strong outside sales background and are looking to apply those skills in a high-volume, appointment-driven environment, this role offers a clear path to strong earnings.
Responsibilities
Meet with customers in person to evaluate vehicles
Conduct vehicle inspections and condition reports
Explain offers clearly and professionally
Complete purchase documentation accurately
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Prior sales, automotive, or customer service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain pricing and value confidently
