    Location: Westminster, Colorado (off I-25 & 120th) (Not a remote position)

    As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for cold calling and prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face, in a high activity sales model. You will manage and develop sales funnel and proactively monitor sales activity against assigned quota. You will provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external.

    Pay: Base Salary of $50-$60k + no capped bonus (Top performers earning $90k-$100k/yr)

    The Main Responsibilities
    • Activate the sales strategy for the market area.
    • Responsible for cold calling and prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face, in a high activity sales model
    • Daily/weekly business reporting and accurate documentation of sales activity are required.
    • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors
    • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer's business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution.
    • Manage and develop sales funnel and proactively monitor sales activity against assigned quota.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
    • Complete daily activity logs, sales reports, etc.
    • Comfortable making cold calls
    • Consult with customers to gather information and make recommendations for their communication and entertainment needs.

    Responsibilities
    • Identify and partner with new and existing clients to grow the book of business
    • Effectively close sales in your designated territory
    • Contact prospects in the form of cold-calling, emails, and social networks
    • Deliver effective sales presentations with business owners and key decision makers
    • Utilize our CRM system and other technology to manage and track efforts
    • Travel 25% of the year

    Qualifications:
    • Prefer 2-5 years' sales experience.
    • Possess excellent communication skills and can develop and deliver meaningful and concise presentations.
    • Possess a strong knowledge to overcome customer objections.
    • Strong Mortgage industry knowledge
    • Ability to analyze, comprehend, and translate numbers and reporting into actionable plans to meet or exceed monthly sales quota.
    • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
    • Must reliably commute to our Westminster, CO 80234 office (or plan to relocate before starting).
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen (Colorado-friendly).
    • Comfortable sitting/standing for extended periods. **
