    ** Walters Insurance Group** is looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our family-owned agency. We specialize in Medicare and Health insurance, a market that grows by 10,000 potential new clients every single day.

    ** No insurance experience? No problem.** If you have the drive and the "gift of gab," we will provide the roadmap and support to get you licensed and help you build a professional career from the ground up. (Performance-based pay/renewal commission)

    ** What You’ll Do**

    • ** Generate Leads:** Connect with seniors and families in your local community.
    • ** Consultative Selling:** Meet with potential clients in their homes or at local venues to explain Medicare and Life Insurance options in plain English.
    • ** Relationship Building:** Follow our "Make a friend first" philosophy to build a loyal client base that stays with you for years.
    • ** Professional Growth:** Study for and obtain your State Life & Health Insurance license (with our guidance).
    • ** Closing:** Help clients select and enroll in the best possible coverage for their specific needs and budget.

    • ** Willingness to get licensed:** Must be able to pass the State Life & Health Insurance exam (we will guide you through this process).
    • ** Reliable Transportation:** This is an outside sales role; you must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
    • ** Tech Savvy:** Ability to use a tablet/laptop for enrollments and manage a basic CRM.
    • ** Background Check:** Ability to pass a standard background check for insurance carrier contracting.
