Responsibilities: • Develop a yearly sales strategy by analyzing the market and competitive trends and making comprehensive recommendations • Generate and follow up on sales leads, assess customer needs, and demonstrate products and services to customers • Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients and maintain a record of all sales activities in our CRM system • Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous customer service • Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve and innovate products/services to meet customer demands Qualifications: • Proven successful sales experience • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. • Established network of leads • Familiar with commission only compensation structure • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Physically capable of climbing on a roof Compensation: $150,000 yearly commission based
