Our client, a respected leader in the industrial and manufacturing space, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand their market presence. This role focuses on business development, managing client relationships, and selling value-driven solutions to customers across the region.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business through prospecting and networking
Meet with clients on-site to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
Manage sales cycles from initial contact to closing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Track all activities in CRM and meet/exceed sales goals
Requirements:
2+ years of outside sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Proven record of exceeding quotas and growing client accounts
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to travel locally/regionally up to 50%
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$120,000
