Surface Experts is hiring a field-based sales professional to sell surface repair services to apartment communities, hotels, assisted living and senior living facilities, and large residential builders. This is a field-based B2B sales role working directly with property managers, leasing teams, facilities managers, and maintenance teams.

This role is a strong fit for candidates from property management, leasing, hospitality, real estate, or facilities-related roles who enjoy being in the field and building relationships.

What You’ll Do

Visit managed properties and job sites throughout the day

Meet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staff

Walk units and common areas to identify repair opportunities

Book repair work and coordinate next steps

Manage your daily route and schedule

Log activity and notes in our software

Typical days include 10–15 on-site visits.

Compensation $60,000–$100,000 OTE (base + commission + bonuses)
