Inside Sales Representative

• $70–$80K (base + incentives) 
• M–F, 8AM–5PM

We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Rep to sell aluminum decking solutions to builders, contractors, and developers in the multifamily housing market.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and build new B2B relationships

• Manage the full sales cycle via phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and fulfillment

• Meet or exceed sales goals

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of inside B2B sales (construction or building products a plus)

• Proven ability to hunt and close new business

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
