We specialize in roofing and exterior projects and generate high quality leads through direct homeowner outreach. If you can confidently approach people, handle rejection, and stay consistent, you can do very well here.

What You Will Do:

Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods

Speak with homeowners and generate interest

Set appointments for our sales team

Track your results and stay accountable to daily goals

What We Expect:

Comfortable talking to new people every day

Ability to handle rejection and keep going

Willing to work outdoors and stay active

Compensation:

$17 per hour plus commission

High commission structure available for top performers

Top performers consistently earn far above average. This role is built for people who want control over their income and are willing to work for it.

Schedule:

Typical hours are 12 PM to 7:00 PM

Full time and part time available
