Outside Sales Representative | Tampa, FL | Territory-Based

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a territory focused on commercial playgrounds, park spaces, and outdoor recreational environments. This is a relationship-driven sales role where you’ll work closely with municipalities, developers, and design professionals to bring outdoor spaces to life.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You’ll be out in your territory, meeting with clients, identifying opportunities, and guiding projects from concept through completion. You’ll be supported by an internal team that handles design, estimating, and project management—allowing you to focus on building relationships and driving new business.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Build relationships with municipalities, parks departments, architects, and developers
Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying future opportunities
Manage and track projects through the full sales cycle in the CRM system
Partner with internal teams to develop site-specific playground and outdoor solutions
Stay knowledgeable on product offerings and industry trends
Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings for lead generation
Forecast and report on sales activity and pipeline
Travel throughout the territory (approximately 30%)
