We specialize in residential concrete and hardscapes , and we need someone who can confidently meet with homeowners, understand their vision, and build accurate quotes for their projects. This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings , making it ideal for someone who wants to control their income and grow with a company in a high-demand industry.
** What You’ll Do**
• Meet with homeowners to discuss concrete and hardscape projects
• Walk properties and understand customer needs on-site
• Build accurate, professional quotes
• Communicate clearly and confidently throughout the sales process
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and appointments
• Represent Clad Outdoor Designs with professionalism and energy
** What We’re Looking For**
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated

• Confidence working independently in a hybrid role
• Ability to drive to customer appointments and meet on-site
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
