Cerritos Dodge, Chrysler Jeep Ram - Outside Parts Sales Representative:
Responsibilities
Prospect for new Customers in a manner prescribed by Management
Maintain client and prospect databases according to dealership standards
Follow departmental procedures and complete paperwork using available systems tools
Present new part opportunities during each visit
Meet established performance criteria as established by Parts Manager
Provide excellent customer service including problem identification and resolutions
Obtains Parts Manager’s approval for any special pricing.
Advises Parts Counter crew on delivery instructions.
Acts as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
Maintains professional appearance.
Other duties as assigned.
Automotive Parts experience
Excellent communication skills both written/verbal and effective listening ability
Strong customer service and sales skills
Bilingual communication valued
Self-motivated, professional teammate who is motivated for success
Valid CDL

Compensation Package: $55,000 - $70,000
