    We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry Inside Sales Phase: • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, and other outreach methods to build a robust sales pipeline. • Qualifying and passing leads to account executives for conversion, ensuring a quick turnaround. • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information on prospective and past clients. • Report monthly and quarterly on key performance and sales metrics to meet targets. Outside Sales Phase (after training): • Work within your designated geography to identify and close new business opportunities. • Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to drive client acquisition. • Represent CDCN in face-to-face meetings, showcasing our hyper-local marketing solutions. Qualifications: • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • CRM experience preferred • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related role (inside sales experience preferred). • Superb communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. • Understanding of the sales process and CRM tools (e.g., client database management). • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car for outside sales. • A college degree is preferred but not required. • Enthusiasm for working with diverse communities and businesses. Compensation: $91,000+ at plan base + commission
