Responsibilities: • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry Qualifications: • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • CRM experience preferred Compensation: $82,500 - $120,000 yearly
