  • Responsibilities

    The Real Estate Field Support Specialist provides hands-on, non-licensed assistance to the real estate and investment teams. This role ensures that agents and wholesale staff have reliable, on-the-ground support for property visits, marketing, vendor coordination, and administrative errands, allowing licensed professionals to focus on client service, negotiations, and closings. Requirements • 20+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift/move light equipment and stand/walk for extended periods. • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently. • Strong communication and follow-through skills. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required. • Must NOT perform any activities requiring a real estate license (negotiations, pricing, contracts, etc.). Responsibilities: • Visit properties to take photos, videos, and collect condition notes. • Place/remove lockboxes, signage, and marketing materials. • Meet contractors, vendors, or inspectors on-site and provide property access. • Pick up or deliver checks, keys, and documents as directed. • Assist with property clean-ups, flyer distribution, and event preparation. • Coordinate errands and field tasks requested by the agent/wholesale team. • Maintain organized records of field activities (photos, receipts, vendor updates). Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $50,000 Performance based
