Responsibilities: • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events • Meeting with homeowners who’ve reached out to us about selling • Uncovering their motivation and presenting win-win offers • Following up with leads consistently (this is key!) • Running basic property evaluations using our tools and training • Working in our CRM and communicating with our team daily Qualifications: • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
