Responsibilities: • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory • Meeting with homeowners who’ve reached out to us about selling • Uncovering their motivation and presenting win-win offers • Following up with leads consistently (this is key!) • Running basic property evaluations using our tools and training • Working in our CRM and communicating with our team daily Qualifications: • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • CRM experience preferred • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
