Responsibilities: • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Build a strong referral network to drive new sales opportunities. • Design, estimate, and sell outdoor living projects such as decks, patio covers, and outdoor kitchens to homeowners. • Participate in trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals by tenacious follow-up and solving problems for clients. Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • Residential construction knowledge.
