We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives to work remotely with individuals and families, helping them understand and implement financial protection strategies that fit their goals. This role is fully remote, appointment-based, and flexible. Many representatives begin part-time alongside their current job and scale into full-time as results grow. All client meetings are conducted through scheduled virtual appointments — no door knocking, no in-person travel, and no high-pressure tactics. Responsibilities: • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory • Meet with prospective clients via Zoom or phone to assess financial needs • Educate clients on financial protection and long-term planning options • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Follow a structured sales and appointment system • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up • Collaborate with leadership and participate in ongoing training Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • Coachable and open to training and feedback • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (not required) • Must be willing to obtain required state licensing (training provided) Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
