    Hybrid Sales Representative We’re looking for a competitive and motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team in a remote/hybrid capacity. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while also connecting with local clients in person, so you must reside within the service area to be considered. As a field sales representative, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing your own outreach strategies, and turning prospects into long-term clients. Responsibilities: • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Assist in hosting company golf outings, client mixers, and occasional in-person events • Follow the established sales process and territory strategy • Generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and community engagement • Set and confirm virtual and in-person appointments with prospective clients • Practice and improve sales dialogue and objection-handling skills • Collaborate with the team and contribute to a supportive, results-driven culture • Conduct outreach within your designated region • Plan and execute efficient local route strategies for in-field days • Make phone calls and send follow-ups to nurture leads and set meetings • Deliver strong first impressions both online and during face-to-face meetings • Analyze local property or business performance trends and align your sales efforts with broader company goals • Build and maintain a current database of key client relationships • Drive new business and revenue through a mix of outbound calling, virtual presentations, and strategic field visits • Track and support team progress toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance targets Qualifications: • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • Experience using a CRM is preferred • Previous sales experience is required • Must currently reside in Orange County or within a reasonable commuting distance to the office • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • A valid U.S. driver’s license is required • Must be 21 years of age or older • Confident and professional in first-time client interactions • A clean driving record is necessary • Excellent time management and organizational abilities • Experience in the hospitality industry is required • Skilled in relationship-building, negotiation, and networking • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role, preferably within hospitality • Listed compensation reflects on-target earnings, including base pay and commissions, based on meeting performance goals Compensation: $250,000 base + commissions
